Quality Management Policy

Dentibond LTD are committed to continuous improvement and follow a Quality Management Policy which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance. We have the following policy in place to support us in our aim of high standard customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:

• - Regular obtaining and managing customer feedback
• - A customer complaints procedure
• - Selection and performance monitoring of our staffs
• - Continuous training and development for our employees
• - Management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints

We undertake to supply only safety equipment and related services that fully comply with the standards and regulations and claims made relating to those products and related services. Where appropriate, we will maintain up to date technical files and associated documentation to ensure that regulatory compliance information can be supplied upon request.

Contamination control is also essential for staff to understand to enable them to provide high quality service. Every staff member is required to complete CPD training for contamination control.

We regularly ask patients for their views on our services. We have systems for dealing promptly with patient complaints and for ensuring that lessons are learnt from any mistakes that we make.

All staffs are required to take part in continuing professional education and meeting the General Dental Council’s requirements.

Our customer complaints procedures involves customers contacting us via email (enquiries@dentibond.co.uk) and are formally documented and stored for ongoing staff training.

For the selection and performance monitoring of our employees and locums, we conduct face-toface interviews, the uptake of references and regular staff appraisals to ensure quality service is always being aimed for. All Sales staff are required to complete CPD and instilled that they understand the customer’s needs when it comes to providing service. We provide full support in ensuring our staffs are competent and provide a high level of service.

Employee handbooks and Health & safety policy booklets are read and signed for by staff and contractors to ensure everyone is working correctly, along with specific risk assessments tailored for staff needs such as pregnancy.
